Titanium oxide, liquid paraffin talcum powder, preservative, coloring pigment, perfume.

How to use?

1.Shake the eyeliner fully.
2.Test on back of hand before applying to eyes. If any redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
3.Waiting for the sponge tip to get wet and apply eyeliner.
4.Apply false eyelashes.
