HOW TO USE
USE YOUR FINGER OR FAVORITE BRUSH TO BUILD UP INTENSITY. BLEND BETWEEN COLORS OR AS DESIRED. FOR A LONGER WEAR, DIP YOUR BRUSH IN YOUR FAVORITE SETTING SPRAY.
