All sales are final and can not be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons. If there is a mistake with your address, please notify us within 24 hours or items will be shipped to the address given. Also if there are any issues with your order please reach out. Lost or Returned Packages
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to us, you are responsible for a $5 extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Jenny's Lash Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Cordova's Boutique will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.
